Gelato Pillai

Gelato Pillai is an ice cream and coffee shop in Fort Kochi. It opens at 11am and shuts at 11pm, every day of the week. You can eat in or take away, and it serves coffee.

Visitors have ordered strawberry, mango, dark chocolate and salted caramel gelato. One visitor had an affogato made with Lavazza coffee, and another ordered the thick hot chocolate. One visitor sat on the terrace during the monsoon.

The flavour choice is small compared with chains. One visitor liked the mango lassi flavour and found the plain milk flavours underwhelming. The door is kept closed while the air conditioning runs, and one visitor said it was not clear from outside that the shop was open.
